Who We Are We are the student chapter of the Egyptian Society of Materials Engineers (ESME) at the Faculty of Engineering, Cairo University. ESME is the premier scientific society dedicated to metallurgical and materials engineering students in Egypt and North Africa. Rooted in the pioneering legacy of our founding chapter at Suez University (ESME SU) established in 2009, ESME-Cairo University represents a dynamic community of top-tier engineering talents in the capital.
Our Mission & Vision Our core mission is to bridge the gap between academic studies and the practical demands of the industrial job market. We are dedicated to qualifying future engineers by equipping them with cutting-edge technical knowledge in critical industrial fields, primarily: Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC), Corrosion Engineering, and Welding.
