We have the pleasure to introduce to you our Company, Thermoprozess Egypt Ltd, the heat treatment specialist - Thermoprozess Egypt Ltd. was established in Egypt in the year 2000. The majority shareholder of Thermoprozess Egypt Ltd.  company is the German company , Thermoprozess Wärmebehandlung GmbH, Mulheim a.d. Ruhr ; One of the leading Heat Treatment companies in Germany. The Group has four outlets in Germany and three daughter companies in Germany. Further, The company  has daughter companies abroad , namely at : ( Marseille France , Linz Austria and Ostrava  Czech Republic )

The technical Know-How and the experience of the German mother company collected in 40 years and applied in more than 40 countries around the world was and is always at the disposal of Thermoprozess Egypt Ltd.

The close relationship of Thermoprozess Egypt with the mother company helped us to win a good number of important heat treatment contracts in Egypt over the past 20 years and step by step we created our own reputation as a reliable and competent specialist in all kind of heat treatment.

The main activity is rendering Heat Treatment in the three known methods : 

Electrical Restive HT method : The company has in hand 30 fully automatic Heat Treatment units of 6 channels (70kW and 48kW). + Six (6) fully automatic Heat Treatment units of 12 channels (84kW)

Movable temporary electrical furnace (in panels) : The company has a Movable temporary electrical furnace (in panels). The furnace design in panels allow us to mobilize the furnace to do the heat treatment on site by assembling the panels together to build up a furnace of up to 8m length ; running by electrical resistive method with a digital recording system and fully automatic controlled 

Hot air method ( By using high velocity gas burners ) : The company has 7 complete gas sets / high velocity gas burners of 2100 kW/hr. And 2 high velocity gas burner sets of 350 kW/hr.
