Roboplanet

Roboplanet designs, builds, and deploys robotic systems for ultrasonic testing (UT) and remote visual inspection (RVI) that satisfy API 510, API 570, and API 653 requirements. Its magnetic crawler platforms, such as Altiscan, map thickness on vertical or inverted steel surfaces even when damp while maintaining up to 220 lbf (1 kN) of adhesion. The UT_Pole telescopic probe reaches 40 ft (12 m) for overhead measurements without scaffolding. All equipment is conceived, prototyped, and validated in-house by a multidisciplinary R&D team. Field crews certified to ISO 9712 Levels II and III manage deployment, data capture, and post-inspection maintenance in line with standard fitness-for-service methodology. Roboplanet also supplies custom rovers for submerged or confined spaces and trains owner-operator personnel.
